As Founder and CEO of SOAR Outreach, she helps organizations strengthen programs, improve operations, develop partnerships, and create sustainable strategies for measurable community impact.
As the Founder and CEO of SOAR Outreach, Utica leads initiatives that support individuals and families through outreach, education, and resource connection. She works closely with nonprofit organizations to enhance their capacity through strategic planning, program development, partnership building, and grant support. Her expertise helps organizations expand their reach, improve operations, and develop sustainable solutions that drive measurable impact.
Utica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Human Services from SUNY–Empire State College and remains dedicated to helping organizations grow, lead with purpose, and make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.
