SOAR Outreach was established in 2014, with a steadfast commitment to uplifting underserved youth and families. Our mission is to to uplift underserved youth and families by providing vital resources that foster stability, self-worth, and opportunity.

The Essentials for Empowerment program is a holistic community support initiative that provides underserved youth and families with access to critical resources that promote dignity, stability, and educational opportunity. Through the distribution of basic necessities such as hygiene kits, clothing, school supplies, digital devices, and household items, the program addresses the root causes of school absenteeism, academic disengagement, and family stress.
